The Falcon Crest property is a private retreat, lush with upscale interior and exterior touches utilizing top-of-the-line materials and remarkable craftsmanship. The concept behind the design was to create a sophisticated print brochure that equaled the elegance of the property itself. Muted shades of cream and gray allowed the property photos to remain the focal point. Simple lines avoided distracting from the details. A property this unique deserved its own brand, so an icon was created for all print marketing, to create a consistent and recognizable feel.
