Created using gallery-quality wood panels, Westerman's pieces feature built-in wood 'cradles' that are wood burned in one of a kind designs created to accent the painted work. Many of her pieces also feature wood burned details on the face of the piece itself, juxtaposed with acrylics and pastels for a deeply textured and complex work truly unlike anything you will find anywhere else.
